Ingredients

5 Cups Hot Water
3 Tablespoons Active Dry Yeast
3/4 Cup Honey
3/4 Cup Coconut Oil, Melted
2 Tablespoons Sea Salt
2 Tablespoons Dough Enhancer
1/4 Cup Vital Wheat Gluten
14 Cups Hard White Wheat Flour, freshly ground
Equipment Needed
Stand Mixer
4 Loaf Pans
Directions
Add 5 Cups Hot Water to a stand mixer. Make sure the water is the temperature of a warm bath for a baby. Add Active Dry Yeast, Honey, and Coconut Oil. Mix together on a low setting until it becomes bubbly and activated.
While it is mixing, grind your flour. Measure out 14 Cups Flour into a large bowl and set aside.
Measure out your Salt, Dough Enhancer, and Vital Wheat Gluten. Once the mixture is bubbly, add it to the stand mixer. Allow the ingredients to thoroughly mix.
Add your 14 cups of Wheat Flour to the stand mixer cup by cup.
Mix until the dough starts to pull away from the edges of the mixer.
Knead for 5 minutes in the stand mixer.
Grease the large bowl you put your flour in. Transfer the dough to the bowl and toss to coat. Cover and let rise for 25 minutes.
Transfer to 4 greased loaf pans and toss to coat. Let rise for 25 minutes or until it doubles in size.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Tips for Perfect Bread
Always use freshly ground wheat flour! There is just something about it being fresh that makes the bread taste better! I have used flour that I have ground a day or two before for this recipe and the bread didn't taste the same.
The Hot Water is more actually means the temperature of a baby's bath water. I have used really hot water before and it killed the yeast.
