The Granola gets its protein from the peanut butter. While the Yogurt has a Protein Boost with Strawberry Protein Powder! Delicious and Nutritious!

Ingredients

Granola:

2 Cups Oats

1/2 Cup Natural Peanut Butter

1/2 Cup Pure Maple Syrup

1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla

3 Pinches Sea Salt

1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon


Protein Yogurt:

1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt

1 Scoop Strawberry Protein Powder


Equipment Needed

Muffin Tin that fits 6 Muffins, if making the Granola Cups

8 x 8.5 Oven Safe Baking Dish

Cooking Spray to grease bottom of the tin or baking dish


Directions To Make Granola

Add Oats, Peanut Butter, Maple Syrup, Vanilla, Sea Salt, and Cinnamon to a bowl. Stir to combine.

To make the muffin cups, grease the muffin tin. Add 1/3 cup mixture to each muffin hole. Press the mixture down to form a bowl shape. Rinsing hands helps with the stickiness.

To make the Granola, spread the mixture in a greased baking dish.

Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

For the muffin cups, let them cool at least 30 minutes before removing from the pan.

Carefully remove the granola cups from the pan. Top with Protein Yogurt and your favorite fruit.


Directions To Make Protein Yogurt

Mix Yogurt and Strawberry Protein Powder together until smooth. If you still taste the Plain Greek Yogurt, add a little more Protein Powder.


Tips for Perfect Parfaits

Always use quality ingredients! Pure Maple Syrup, not Mrs. Butterworth! Pure Vanilla, not Imitation! Natural Peanut Butter, not Jiff! Quality matters! To see what brands I use, check out my Instagram Page!


Be careful when choosing a Yogurt! A lot of Yogurt brands include a lot of unnecessary sugar that actually does nothing for your gut health. Make sure to choose one without sugar and unnecessary ingredients. I use the Kirkland Organic Plain Greek Yogurt!


I use Just Ingredients Strawberry Protein Powder! Again Quality matters!


I have used Just Ingredients Mountain Berry Protein Powder before too and I liked it! Strawberry is my kids' favorite!


Health Considerations

If someone has a Gluten Allergy, you will need to use Gluten-Free Oats.

Yes, Oats are Gluten-Free. However, most processing plants where they are packaged, process other food items that contain Gluten and cross-contamination may occur.

To be safe, use Oats that have Gluten-Free on the packaging.


Variations of the Recipe

Natural Organic Honey can be substituted for the Pure Maple Syrup.

You can use Yogurt instead of Greek Yogurt. It will just be a little thinner.
